M2MDB (The Microbe 2 Metabolome Database) is a database of small molecule metabolites found in or produced by different microbes. This database covers metabolites described in textbooks, scientific journals, metabolic reconstructions and other electronic databases.
M2MDB is offered to the public as a freely available resource. Use and re-distribution of the data, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes requires explicit permission of the authors and explicit acknowledgment of the source material (M2MDB) and the original publication (see below). We ask that users who download significant portions of the database cite the M2MDB paper in any resulting publications.
